City Circle The crowd of the District Squares is nothing compared to the wild City Circle in The Capitol. Crazy colors and extravagant outfits would scare any District child, not to mention the poor Avoxes. Most of the residents watch the Games here, and it is also where the opening ceremonies are hosted for The Hunger Games. Moderator: Head Gamemaker |

The Shops All the stores in the Capitol can be found in this miniature city, comparable to an outdoor mall. Most Capitolites with jobs work here, but most only sell things pre-made by District citizens. An occasional Avox can be seen scurrying from place to place picking up groceries or other "needed" things in a Capitolite's home. Moderator: Head Gamemaker |

Homes Most of the Capitolites live here, in the lap of luxury. Whether it be in a grand mansion or a little apartment building, you are certain to find the most elaborate decorations. Some homes even have Avoxes! Moderator: Head Gamemaker |

District 1 District 1 has the task of making the luxury items for the capitol. This ranges from rings, to decorations, to wine glasses galore. Most of the residents of the District are well fed, and well-liked by the Capitol for what they produce. They are a known career District, fierce fighters. Volunteering is extremely common. District 2 District 2 is responsible for all metals and granite. They are also a large source of peacekeepers for the capitol, and the citizens train hard for their futures. They are a very well-known career District, and have the most Victors of them all. Being the only District not involved in the first rebellion, they are very well loved. Moderator: Head Gamemaker |

District 3 District 3 is responsible for most of the technology in the Capitol. They are by far the most diligent workers. From working the televisions to helping Capitol engineers create pods - they are highly advanced. The District is very polluted with factories, but at least they aren't ignored! District 4 District 4 is responsible for anything that comes from the ocean or beach. From seafood, to shell products, to sand art, they've got it all. They are well known fishers, swimmers, and artists. The land is mostly ocean, ponds, and rivers galore. They are a career District, but not as serious as Districts 1 & 2. District 5 District 5 is responsible for all the electricity produced. Their main priority is the Capitol, and if ever the Capitolites are overusing energy, slowly power is taken from other Districts. First Twelve, then Eleven, then Ten, and so on. It has never gone past District 9. During the Games the residents must work extra hard to harness enough power for all Districts to see. They are very polluted, smoke usually filling the air. Thunderstorms are common here, which has been useful to the many workers. Moderator: Head Gamemaker |

District 6 District 6 is responsible for the medicines and transportation devices. Seeing they have two resources, you can guess they are very busy people. The land is perfect for both products, having many smooth plains, but also having small jungles of useful plants. They are by far the most intelligent of all Districts, and the most resourceful. Despite their hard work, they aren't given all the attention they deserve from the Capitol. Moderator: Head Gamemaker Sub-board: Jungle |

District 7 District 7 is responsible for all things wooden. From paper, to desks, to firewood, it's their job. The land is covered in thick trees inside vast forests. The workers are known to have great strength, and come in third right after District 1 when it comes to Victors. Although they are not a career District, the training for cutting down tree starts when they turn ten. Luckily though, they aren't allowed to work in the forests until they are fourteen. District 8 District 8's duty is to provide textiles. They make the extravagant fashions of the capitol and the thick uniforms of the coal miners. They are even responsible for creating the Tribute's Arena uniforms. Highly loved by the capitol, most have enough to eat, although some still go hungry. Moderator: Head Gamemaker |

District 9 District 9 has the back-breaking task of harvesting grain for the capitol. They make it ino delicious bread, and using resources from their neighboring District - District 10 - they create devine sweets such as vanilla cream-filled pastries. Their culinary skills are none to doubt, and the Capitol often looks to them for extravagant meals. Moderator: Head Gamemaker |

District 10 District 10 is the farming District. They have nearly any famr animal you could ever imagine, from chickens to llamas and to cows. They usually team up with their neighboring District 9, and send milk and eggs over for them to create their foods. District 10 is a vast plain that seems to go on forever, and they have a few ponds perfect for thirsty animals. Moderator: Head Gamemaker |

District 11 - 1 Viewing District 11's job is harvesting vegetation. They have high orchards full of apples, plums, and many other fruits. They plant vegetables all over their fields, and the hot sun seems to blaze year-round. During harvest season, school is cancled so everyone can work. They are one of the poorest districts, often ignored by the capitol. They are a bit short on Victors, but have their fair share due to the strong workers. Moderator: Head Gamemaker |

District 12 - 1 Viewing District 12 - by far the poorest District - has the task of mining coal for the fireplaces of Panem. The rocky mountain ranges and dusty plains signify an extremely varied landscape. Everything seems to be coated in two inches of dust. The miners work hard, but get little pay. Many die of starvatio here, and the few merchants usually only eat the stale and bad food they produce - if that's their job at all. Moderator: Head Gamemaker Sub-board: Mines |

District 13 District 13 used to produce the nuclear weapons for the Capitol, but unfortunately they were "destroyed" by their own products during the first rebellion. They moved underground and have been there ever since, taking in runaways and escaping the dangers of The Hunger Games. Will they ever be discovered? Let's hope not! Moderator: Head Gamemaker |

The Woods - 1 Viewing The Woods are all the land that divides the Districts. It is completely illegal to go there, but many citizens still go out for hunting and gathering purposes. But beware - any citizen of Panem caught wandering around the woods may be sentenced to death - or worse. Moderator: Head Gamemaker |
