District 4
District 4 is responsible for anything that comes from the ocean or beach. From seafood, to shell products, to sand art, they've got it all. They are well known fishers, swimmers, and artists. The land is mostly ocean, ponds, and rivers galore. They are a career District, but not as serious as Districts 1 & 2.
